Your 20% Deposit will confirm and hold your booking. This is paid in Australia via cheque or bank transfer and is only refundable if another booking can be taken for the same period. You will be picked up at the Bali airport by a driver who will have a card with your name on it. You will be driven direct to Robins Place (15 minute drive) where the Manager Robie will welcome you, introduce the domestic staff and answer any questions you may have. After payment of your account you will be left to enjoy Robins Place.

A welcome pack containing Milk, Coffee, Tea, Softdrink, Beer, Fruit and snacks will be left for your enjoyment. On your final day if no one is using the Villa that night you are welcome to use all the facilities until you are driven to the airport for your trip home.
