Terms and Conditions

1. The above tariffs are all inclusive per villa, per night.  Small beds, cots and high chairs are available for babies and todlers.
2.  It is OK to share houses among families up to the maximum allowed limit per house as this helps to reduce accommodation costs.
3. Minimum stay in each villa is seven nights.
4. Peak periods are all of January, April, August and September.
5. A $200 non refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking.  This must be Australian dollars and can be made via a bank transfer or cheque. 
The balance is to be paid in Australian dollars to the villa manager upon arrival

It is 500 metres to Legian beach. There is no need to drive anywhere as fantastic shops and restaurants are at your doorstep.
